The date of provision and reception of application and relevant documents of the applicants will be set by the announcement of the Minister of Tourism. The Certificate of Award Recognition and Eco-Label, valid for 2 years, shall be given to the outstanding industries or individuals having possibility and capacity to fulfill the criteria.

The procedures of contest consists of 7 steps:

1. The official launching of the contest program,
2. The candidates shall be able to get the registration application of the contest directly from the Ministry of Tourism,
3. The candidates shall be able to find an independent expertized institution for technical consultation concerning the filling of application, relevant documents and enhancement of their qualifications to win the awards,
4. The candidates shall submit their application and relevant documents at the working day and time,
5. The Ministry of Tourism shall check and assess all the applications and relevant documents as well as the candidates’ real situation,
6. Announcement of Awards-Wining Industries and Individuals, and
7. Awards Handover Ceremony.
